Life dishes out some of the meanest blows at times from people you least expect it. That’s really what makes it painful. People can be unknowingly cruel by the way we say things, do things and even by what we don’t do!
This morning, I am ministering on trusting the Lord. Remember Who God is and what His past record tells us places Him in a very trustworthy position.
We must be careful not to become a closed book to people who surround us. The fact is, we will all be on the receiving end of being let down, but let me fill you in on a secret, YOU WILL also let someone (or many) down in the coming days and weeks. Don’t sit in the seat of mockers. (PS 1) Don’t allow your disappointments in others to cloud your trust in God. James tells us that when we pray, don’t doubt! What good would it be if we prayed to God and doubted the One who we are praying too? Whatever your needs are this morning, place them in the hands of the One who is totally trustworthy.
