VERSE OF THE DAY Get into the Word of God. All you'll need in life is contained in the pages of the Bible. Search the Bible for pearls of wisdom but remember to pray for the Holy Spirit to give you understanding. The Word of God breathes hope into hopeless situations of life. It gives us an awesome picture of the eternal character and personality of our God. It brings joy when you are surrounded by sorrow. It's all about life!

At Southern Bay Church, you will feel at home as soon as you walk in and meet these awesome peopleof God. The vibrant worship, the glorious atmosphere, the desire to know God more and so much more. Come this Sunday, 24th August at 10am to hear Pastor Daren minister on "Overcoming setbacks in Life". You will be blessed as you do. As a church, we are looking for Spirit-Filled musicians - Drummers, Strings, Keys etc to join our worship band. If that's you, contact us and let us know your dream. This could be the opportunity you have been searching God for. Pray about it!! The Timothy course is in recess until further notice while Ps David recovers from his recent hip replacement surgery. Please pray God's blessing upon him. "Family Picnic in the Park" is an outreach to Redland City. Southern Bay Church hosts this regular event on the LAST Sunday of each month. We desire to be a part of the community. Come along. Be a part of it! Next Event - 31st August at Thompson's Beach. (If the weather is poor, we will be at our church venue so still come).
